QUOTE(Skylinestar @ May 24 2013, 05:25 PM) My first time using celcom ocs to pay bill. As shown in the pic, latest total amount due is negative RM40. Current charge is RM10 (stamping fee actually). When I first subscribe for the celcom number, I already paid upfront RM50. Do I need to pay that RM10? The selection in the website is greyed out for RM-40...which means I don't have to pay anything...am I correct? What is cagaran? Please help. The easiest and fastest way to check what is ur exact due/current/unbill amount is to SMS "BOD" to 22200. I don't always rely 100% on its OCS website because strangely viewing the OCS on different browsers show different amount. WTH? I've once end up paid twice for my acc due to this confusion. Maybe their OCS is under service/upgrading process. Now, I rely on the sms reply. BOD = Bill On Demand Whatever that's written in the SMS replied, that's the amount I always pay.

Hmm.. Earlier today, I tried activating the 4G LTE service on my Lumia 1020 via sms "ON 4GLTE" and later on "4GLTE YES" to 28882, it replied stating it's activated. Anyway, stayed home the whole day, didn't go out due to rain, so coverage is not really good. Mostly 3G and seldom H+.. but a few minutes ago, I saw the "LTE" beside the signal bar for a few seconds (managed to screenshot it) before it disappeared. Does this mean I don't need to change simcard since I've already got the "LTE"? Comparison images below; 1st is what I've been using all these time and 2nd image shows a recent speed test after activating the LTE service :- Am I supposed to get a speed like this, or switching to a new LTE simcard will provide a faster speed? Tq.
