QUOTE(teikwing @ Jul 20 2009, 03:12 PM) @manchurr:1. SGP Ultra Thin - hard plastic material - protects against dents (maybe drops) - not as slim as Incipio (might add some weight/bulk) - +- RM65 2. Incipio Feather - silicone/soft-plastic material - extremely slim (does not add weight/bulk to the phone) - does not protects against drops/dents - +- RM75 decision is yours. i'm looking for the one that can grip best.. first time iphone-user-to-be.. scare if i accidently drop it huhuh.. both got red design

Anyone considered iSkin's Solo & Solo FX? It's got really nice colors, and good balance between hard casing and rubber feel to it. Check it out, and let me know your feedback

@manchurr, We're just giving U recommendations based on the fact U wanted something with good grip. If U oredi read the reviews and have decided what's the point of asking us?
@gmail, The oleophobic will wear off according to the i3GS manual that came with the phone. However, its lifespan is not known but it's probably going to outlive the period of time we use the phone. Also, a lot of people I know still put on the screen protector as a pre caution.

Check it out, and let me know your feedback both are great casings with protection of volume buttons and power/sleep button. but it way to pricey IMO for a silicone plastic case (RM140-150 in Garage Sales), unless you bought 'em straight from the States.

has anybody used SGP shield together with SGP ultra thin before?
I was wondering if with the SGP shield, will the SGP ultra thin still fit?
coz since the chrome bezel is exposed with the Ultra Thin, would be great by using Shield together for bezel protection

weileong... juz the neo. i have the rebelwhite and it;s still...well...white... also beware when u get rebelserpent black... the silicon case is harder than the white. there's a possibility that the case would dig under ur screen protector. the white silicon is softer. i cant comment on the other colours though. i'd recommend u getting rebel white + rebel serpect black. then use he white silicon + black serpent skeleton! looks awesome!

@jackhammer84:based on a forummer in Garage Sales, the case doesn't fit since he had Bodyguardz on. however, SGP shield is thinner. @machurr:i think Feather is able to fit since it's the a hard case but more to soft-plastic/silicone which is flexible. based on my experience, Machines Midvalley allows you to test the casings before you decided to purchase it. tested both Speck Pixelskin and Capdase ConXept case together.
