haha.. our friend a bit more lazy.. want it to be off without touching anything on the phone.. tongue.gif
even digital camera on auto mode default mode is with flash activated.. so i think no hope liao..

Hmm then i think i will recommend to personalise a new setting (for camera go to "user defined" to set it) as every time u on camera the setting used is default by you. nod.gif

how is your battery life? my phone only can go 2 days maximum, equivalent to ~60 mins talktime, ~60 mins EDGE/GPRS, no background application, 10 photos with flash, and ~30 SMS sent+receive

Is there any applications to block certain numbers? I just got this as my first symbian phone. Its really quite different from my old SE. Thanks

Yea...there is some apps can blacklist certain number...
You can get those apps in "download" there...

tongue.gif I like this phone battery life...as for me, i just usually on for call n music player.
So far the battery can stand for 4-5days icon_rolleyes.gif

But in your case...you use your phone quite frequent n do task that consume lot of battery like flash photo n talktime,
then i think it's quite good ald if you compare with N82 that doing same task as you did thumbup.gif

As a N82 user, im sad to tell that N82 battery is really weak...but now, we found ourself a new 1800mah batter...so i guess N82 battery now is better than N79!!!

you can google this application called - blackballer or mcleaner, or use the search term "call and sms filter"

the website says "** NOTE: If a beep is present while recording, or the you are seeing recording of only 1-2 seconds, please modify the Sound Quality to setting to "Good" or "Low" until you see proper results."

Haha but i found d blacklist in my N79 nia ^^


Added on May 23, 2009, 1:02 ami had disable all shortcut like e-mail notification, gizmo, n share online.
But y sumtime after i on back my phone in morning, still got show "connect to Diginet (internet) now?"
What is d problem???
