i think u need a santa..

add rm50 then find SAL55200..if u want shorter range, minolta 35-70mm f4 should be ok, cheap n sharp lens..

i was thinking F4 might nt b 'fast' or shallow enough at the short side...


edited: i feel that the focus on the dumpling photo was a lil bit too soft......lets see wad the pros say..maybe its just me

how about SAL75300? i already have 1870.

but ur 1870 is nt constantly F4..i dunno much..but i believe KM3570 shd perform much better?

bro, i know. haha, dont poison me lah. me no money, my dad only want to belanja me 1 cheap lens only. i want long range, can do good sharp image and bokeh, panning.

ur dad giv u 400bucks..u can always save it first and get ur desire lens later...no point to buy 1 lens in a rush with wad u hav on ur hand..n keep upgrading again n again in the future...

anyway..im nt v good with lens..lets see wads the advice from the pros... nites

minolta 35-70mm f4, what can i say this lens has fast focusing speed, good bokeh and sharp..worth its value la..



SAL55200, good kitlens (tele) compare to SAL75300, f4 fro 55mm to 100mm range..cheap tele..

go for 50 1.4 lerr previous version got article said that it outperformed other brand though... prime len of course produce sharper image I think

dude, the pic looks blurry to me, handheld 4sec??
better use tripod I guess..

btw here some 35-70f4 sample .. but do warn that 35mm kinda tight ya know, even somtime I always regret not bringing my kitlense when these lens attached


maybe you gonna love minolta bokeh I think

fas29, 1 more lens u would not regret is minolta 50mm f1.7..around rm500-800 depending on the condition.
