i knew. from the pre-loaded batman trailer, already shows how good the Tube on playing videos. n web surfing on Tube really shiok.
but as for video, i js too lazy to convert. haha

i've tested several video encoders, it's not that bitrate that's a factor, more a problem of the encoder level. ScalableSimple@L1 videos can even go up to 2500+kbps bitrate and play smoothly.

But videos encoded at Simple@L3 will freeze/jerk during playback.

You can see the video encoding level with a software called MediaInfo on the pc.

Added on January 28, 2009, 2:45 amOne easy way to uninstall application/games more easily is to use the Organize option.

Select organize in the options menu, then highlight the app u wanna uninstall, press option and select Remove. Save the trouble of going to the settings screen. But themes cannot go via this way.

Hi all, Count me in for the newest user of the Tube (blue colour). I tried to follow the instruction in the 1st page but I'm having a slight problem here. I can't register at OPDA forum. I don't know if it is a bug on their site. When I tried to register at the forum, the language turn to Chinese even when I choose English at first. The fact that I don't know Chinese makes it even harder for me. I've tried following the instructions from other sites as to how to register at the OPDA forum but to no avail.

So I'm hoping someone here who is Chinese literate can guide me in registering at that place. Or better yet, help register for me. I'll PM you for the details. Thank you in advance.

I use Format Factory to convert movie..very very easy to use..to need to adjust anything...

You mean price. I think ridzyroo (or was it someone else) said around RM200.
Too overpriced la for only double the capacity.

Check the N85 thread for prices and features and specs. Then come here and compare for yourself lo.
But be warned, the Tube is still a baby and problems in the phone might annoy some. But the 5800 is very well equipped for its price, and the problems, although sometimes confusing to fix, can be ironed out yourself.
The only thing I can think of that is better in the N85 is the camera.

ya,i think if the price is around 150 to 200 is still can acceptable...
but to me 16gb is very risky one..just imagine,u have put many2 thing on the 16gb,then its corrupt,ohhh...

Me also not good in touch screen..this is my 1st touch screen...camera if outside house is superb but inside house....ehem...not quite good...

tube's nice cause it has the right features.. but as tunertoobe said.. it has lots of problems cause its still new.. same case as the Sony Erricsson S500i with the cracked keypad and stuffs.. all minor stuff only..

C the pic u will knoe its taken wif 5800. Coz 5800 take pic either over exposure or the black colour of the bg will turn blue or alot of noise. Some pic, it juz can't get the colour right. It will tend to change to white. Not really satisfied with the camera though. But everything else. Perfect. Oh ya, When taking in night mode, try changing the scene mode to night portrait or night. Then change the ISO to high. It will provide a better pic quality. Juz my few cents
