QUOTE(ZeroSP @ Jun 25 2010, 02:17 PM) No... Don't bother with i-VTEC or not... We are economical K20Z2 engine, not K20A... K20Z2 i-VTEC mechanism switches between 12 valves/16 valves, at 2200 RPM... And bro nles... I believe I can get a good deal for V-kool and 3M at a very much lower price... Although I recommend 3M... All good windows film blocks smart tag... But then if V-kool, then you can get very nice sewed coil mat, and can consider Ultra Glass Coating Neo at the same place... For that V-kool Elite, I can get around RM1900 QUOTE(ZeroSP @ Jun 25 2010, 09:27 PM) Autogate no issues... I prefer 3M for their CR70 and CR60... Which both have 99.7% block, the only difference is 70 brighter while darker... Go for CR60 on Taffeta White... Sounds good to me, but I'll hold on and see what my SA can offer 1st. I read some user cut out a spot from the tinted to place smart tag there. the coating got how many years warranty?Normal price RM1900, special price RM1600. Ultra Glass Coating Neo RM1950 usually... But there I will get you RM1000 lolz... |

Hi guyz.. I realize something weird with my 2.0s RPM.
Whenever I drive at 90km/h the RPM will at 2000rpm (5th gear) Sometimes I drive at 90km/h the RPM will at 2400-2500rpm and it will slowly drop to 2000rpm with consistant 90km/h. anyone can tell me how it works? |

QUOTE(lighter @ Jun 28 2010, 12:34 AM) Hi guyz.. I realize something weird with my 2.0s RPM. It's called torque converter lockup. Once your car is moving at a constant speed, the torque converter is locked, allowing the car to cruise in its highest ratio (5th gear). When in 5th gear and the rpm is at 2400-2500 rpm, the torque converter is still slipping to generate enough torque to get the car to a constant speed. It's like a manual car, if you half-clutch it the rpm is higher even though you're in a certain gear, generating higher torque. Whenever I drive at 90km/h the RPM will at 2000rpm (5th gear) Sometimes I drive at 90km/h the RPM will at 2400-2500rpm and it will slowly drop to 2000rpm with consistant 90km/h. anyone can tell me how it works? You might also notice that when your TC is locked up at 2000 rpm and you press the throttle to go just a bit faster, the rpm goes up again to 2400 plus. The TC is then disengaged from lockup. The best way to look after your gearbox and get the best FC is to try and cruise in TC lockup mode. You don't need 2000 rpm to engage lockup. If you drive at a constant 70km/h, the GB will initiate lockup at around 1550 rpm. |

Yup... You might notice when you going up hill at a certain gear, lets say 3rd gear at a appropriate speed of 40KM/H, on normal road you will get 1800RPM, but when you going on hill, the RPM will go up to 2000-2100RPM...

Hi sifus,
Is it worth to wait for 1.8S-L which cost RM5k more or take current 1.8s straight away? |

I heard for the leather can install with price around RM3k+, signal light at side mirror with less than RM1k.
However, I'm not sure how much does auto cruise cost or possible to install auto cruise or not |
