itemize bill charging RM3.00, so anyone has requested UMobile Sdn Bhd to revoke that entity in order to omit the burden?

 

I am newly applied Umobile U28.
This is my first month statement.
I didn't receive any hardcopy statement by post, but still getting charge RM3 for Itemised Bill.
Is this meant the RM3 is charged for the softcopy with its ITEMISED detail service?
If I cancel this, the itemised detail won't appear in my online bill?

If I'm not wrong when I ask CS about that they said if you opt for e-billing then itemized bill is free.

Bodoh thing is that when you first sign up for the line you got no option to do that, must request after the line is activated (which means first month sure pay for itemized bill).

Anyway, when I get my second month bill can update.

one question, what is the billing period for umobile postpaid ?

i change to u28 few days ago, but i forgot to ask about when is the date of cycle every month

just migrate from maxis prepaid to u mobile prepaid..why I keep getting 'R' signal wherever I go?

Just subsribed to U58 postpaid plan. The only way to pay my UMobile bill is at the post office or the centre? No online methods?

last month i port to maxis...did on saturday some more...less then 24 hours sunday already up my maxis.

yesterday i make  a call from 12am until 6am

then i saw my balance credit become rm 0.04
from rm30.00 to rm 0.04

they said free ma then why they charge ? WTF!!!

Hi guys, just got the first bill for my U58 plan. No overcharging or surprised charges, so far so good.

I would like to know how to make payment via online banking, as in my self care when I choose "Bill Payment" I only get Credit Card under Payment Method.

Please help!
