It seems after the maintenance done on the OCS system that day, the Unbilled and Total Outstanding amount under the Account Info isn't updating anymore. hmm.gif

That is Beyond Prepaid. If new plans, DiGi Prepaid I Like, regardless any Super package is RM 0.36/minute no matter how much is your usage. smile.gif

How much will the user's usage be every month ? If it does touches RM30 then the 1 Family plan is recommended. If it is around RM10-RM15, I suggest to just take the basic one with a RM10 monthly access fee.

Which supplementary plan that offers RM 10 monthly access fees?
If usage is little, just opt for prepaid. smile.gif

I don't think this plan is still available for new applicants. smile.gif
All new postpaid applicants are being introduced to DiGi Postpaid I Heart Savings. smile.gif

Just get him a DiGi prepaid and subscribe SuperSMS first, then set you as his FnF. Observe his 2months usage pattern then only decide. If the monthly usage more than RM30, then only convert to postpaid. Else just stay with prepaid. smile.gif

It's still available for new signups. For supplementary you can choose either Family Basic(RM10 monthly fee) or 1 Family(RM30 commitment fee)

It does sound like he is a heavy user so it would be based on his usage to determine if it would be better if he goes for his own postpaid account or just have a supplementary line under you.
