Nah, told ya I'm just a janitor.

Once in a while I get to use their system when the staff went out for lunch or toilet break.

Nowadays any number can be ported to DiGi Ambassador plan...
At the time when I register for this plan, I have to choose "ugly" number from the given list

Is there anyway to change number but still retain this plan?

Yea, but that will cost you RM50

Luckily I can retain my current superb nice no. on Ambassador Plan.

Really can ar? I call customer service so many times liao...But results all the same, "No. Cannot."

Yes, you need a DiGi permanent staff to help in registering your no. into the system beforehand.

Yes, through my friend. He is an engineer for DiGi.

When they say staff of DiGi, does it include those staffs at DiGi Centres as well as janitors (hints) and security guards ?

I heard only permanent staffs, not applied to contract staffs.

Unfortunately janitors are not considered as permanent staff

Yup. Last time I got my Ambassador line from my friend who worked in DiGi for 5 years as engineer and telephone operator.
But now he already resigned from DiGi and currently works in one of the China biggest telecommunication company.

Aw, that's sad. But you will be permanent staff soon.

Yea, the best thing is even though our friends/family members resign from DiGi, we can still continue using our plan.

You can't unless a DiGi staff referred your I.C and Name into the system
