For normal users, you can change your number for RM50. For Ambassador, I need to confirm again whether you can change or not. smile.gif

Why everybody seem to like DiGi postpaid more than prepaid? Am I missing out something here?

I'm a light user that uses RM20-RM35 per month btw. So I thought prepaid would suit me in the beginning, but was puzzled when so many people wants postpaid.

Could you briefly describe your usage pattern?
Call / SMS more?
Calls more to local numbers or overseas?
Calls more to DiGi number?
Calls more to the few same person or not fixed?

For me, I use DiGi Postpaid because by using the 1 Family plan for my supplementary line, all calls/SMS/MMS would be free between the principal and supplementary line. Moreover, the DiGi Postpaid plan does seem to have really good rates especially for the lower commitment fee plan.

Wan to ask as I'm now using digi postpaid but it's a supp line.

I'm interested to change my current line to a principle 1 and make another supp line.

So would any1 enlighten me on this matter about the monthly fees and all kind?

Forgotten to add in. I'm interested with the 1-Family plan.

You want the unlimited free calls/SMS/MMS between the principal and supplementary line right ? Then all you have to do is to get at least the DG50 plan and have the supplementary line to go for the 1 Family plan which has a RM30 monthly commitment fee. So all together it would be RM80 per month.

I'm not too sure if you will need to have your current principal line to be there or not but I think you will need him/her to be there as most probably your supplementary line is registered under his/her name.

Wait, why do you want to make your current line as another new principle line? If you just want to enjoy free calls between your current line and your current main line, just make sure your main line is on either DG50, DG150, DG250 plan and you must be on 1Family plan

Sometimes having your own line is better I suppose. For example if the principal line is either the dad or mom and the son or daughter which is the current supplementary line wishes to have another line for the boyfriend or girlfriend, it wouldn't be convenient this way. laugh.gif

If that's what you want, you need to bring the main line's owner to the nearest DiGi Centre to separate ya line into another principle.

Alternatively, why don't you just create another supplementary line under the same account and request for separate supplementary account? Doing so will still enable free calls between you and the main line and also you can choose to send the bills separately to each of the line's owner. The main line won't get barred if the supplementary didn't make payment. smile.gif

In this case the best way to go is to have the account all by yourself for you to manage. smile.gif
