When you register your line years ago, you were required to pay deposit. The RM13+ that you receive is the interest of that deposit. Just like when you put money inside the bank, you'll get interest after 1 year.

Yea, previously DiGi has a promotion whereby you can choose to use your deposit to offset ya next next bill. The promotion just ended few weeks ago. Last time those foreigners are required to pay deposit of RM1300

At that time i get my Ambassador plan...somemore at that time i still 18 years old...So, DiGi required me give deposit of RM150.. I only know when reach 21 years old, no need give deposit

Yes, that is what they told me..but who will going to terminate DiGi Ambassador line..

Eh..actually some of my friends really did that last time...because at that time DiGi revised the Ambassador plan. No more free Call, SMS, MMS within DiGi network. And every months, we have to pay commitment fee of RM25. So, my friends boycotted DiGi and terminated their Ambassador line..

If you check ya bill, you should be receive ya deposit's interest once a year.

You can't withdraw it cause it's deposit.

I'm not sure whether it can still be activated or not. Perhaps you could try to call in and request.

My bro terminated his Ambassador line too, when Ambassador 2 launched, I helped him to get it back using the same number

Of course, I'm praying for DiGi to revise the plan to the better one.
Anyway, I'm contented with its current plan.

Yea, but too bad I was still a Maxis fan that time. Plus, I had nobody working in DiGi that time.
Thus, I'm fated to be signed up for this current Ambassador plan.
Still I'm happy for it.
