any gps software ( whole malaysia ) for c905 ?

Well mine is an authorized set so I didn't do anything. But I did research about it. There's a CDA generator (which can be found on Google). All you need to know is the CDA and the revision number. The CDA dictates the region while the revision number dictates the language and customizations to be detected by SEUS. Once you generate the file, you upload it to your phone via A2Uploader (also found on Google). You paste it onto a certain directory and then reset the phone. Once the phone starts, it will update its customization file to the new CDA and revision number.

After all, SEUS will detect the new firmware for your phone. SEUS works by checking your customization file and look for CDA number. This number will tell what firmware to be downloaded onto your phone.

What crisis? Maybe there isn't one

most wifi spots are okay for me -eg: starbucks, mamak. cept for old town in Jaya One and Sunway Dsara

things from lelong i personal dislike it.... since like u can so easy get a acct and bid the price... who know the person which u bid against is the seller or not.... so me more prefer direct get from shop if can

WOI WOI!!! i dont print money ok??? senang senang wanna change to idou dont think ill be changing to idou la...expensive and no marnee man...rather use the money to mod car...or save up for my wedding (next year kahwin!)


anyway....got 2 bad news.....

1/ i dropped my phone yesterday....but surprisingly..no scratches or watever...still working perfectly and still looks brand new.

2/ my GFs Ice Silver C905 which i bought from atlantis died (09w04). suddenly this morning the phone just turned off...and wont turn back on....can turn on la....itll vibrate abit. then the light comes on...then thats it. nothing else...it wont boot. she should be at the service center about now. hope can get it fixed/ replaced asap.

There is the Wayfinder Navigator that comes with the C905 can use FOC for 90 days. You can download full map using Wayfinder Maploader.

If you have read the first page, there is some recommendations for free GPS software which you can download the full map like TrekBuddy. There also others free Java GPS software out there. Should try google and search.

I want to bring my C905 to fix the 2 on the keypad. Very hard smsing when no tactile feedback. Need to find time to go and the service center that got good service don't open during weekends and they close so early during weekdays.

I encountered the same problem after I updated the phone software myself initially. Then I brought back to SE service center for flashing. But it didn't last long before it went on an infinite restart. Then service center again, came back OK but later cannot restart like your case. So go back to Times Square this time it was there for 3 days. Later they replaced with a new set.

I suspect EROM problem.

Yeah mine was serious case. I play some videos or browse youtube for awhile and then bam! It would crash and then attempt to restart. When it hits the standby home screen, it goes back to blank screen and the process repeats infinitely. Only way was to remove the battery.

Now after the replacement unit, I am glad to say this problem have never occur so far. Play any videos or youtube sessions will not cause the phone to crash.

for those who have the wifi problem maybe can try to reupdate the software
