I don't think the POS Malaysia people's are so COST-UNWISE.

Anyway, why your friend, terrance never ask the pos office to hold that parcel till the receiver claim it?

one of the forumer here suggest to hold the parcel , i had tell terrence to hold the parcel . I scare speedfam cant get the parcel because she didnt receive any callcards , and the websites state is callcard issue . My suggest is just for speedfam to think about it , since the mixer i need it also .

because POS m'sia think the story shouldn't end .. LOL ...

OMG, pls lets settle this once and for all and close this thread. Lets not make this thread equal to those continuity threads available in this forum. Vince, if the POS malaysia dragging this issue and if the set is back in kl, i think its far more appropriate to just refund speedfam and you take back the unit. I mean we all are going round and round and round with words but nothing seems to be achieved by neither party. Lets settle this up and close this thread, at least none of us would come back to flame zone as how this thread was in the beginning. I dont wanna see that again. Pls try to reconsider, this is wasting our time, energy, money, and uneasy of feelings since it involves money. Lets try to close our deal within this week, lets make this week as the final week of this thread. Lets not drag this anymore. This thread is not a sitcom thread to have continuity either. ALRIGHT, Now that i've managed to get online at starbucks here...sucks the internet is so slow!.

I'm very sorry for not updating this thread, i'm just come back to Kuching 4the Feb evening.
My family has just moved in to a new house, there's no internet.

So on the 5th morning i go to the post office to collect the item, without the call card found. I've asked the postmen there about the status & & bring along the tracking number. it was confirmed failed to deliver, i saw in their system.
But the item was not there, so i urge them to quickly look for it.
Initially i dont see the physical of the parcel, so i assume the box is big & heavy, with electronic goods worth RM5000 to them.
I even call the on duty posman whether he did see the item. He promised to looked for it & will contact me on Friday.
Apparently, the post guy seems pissed off coz i blatantly accused them losing the item & it was big & expensive...then the postmen scolded me for not being patient. I dont care, as long as i settled this thing once and for all, although it involving many parties

Friday 6th, the posman called me in the morning stated that he found the item. so i go to collect it back from his office.
When i arrived there i was so shocked to see the parcel is so small! and of course not worth what i've imagined. I feel humiliated!!
There in the office stood few guys & their boss as well, acting like thugs wannabe....they all sneered at me!
But i ignore them, take a snapshot of the item in front of them so that they know my business is really serious.
Anyway, they should not questioned customer's parcel anyway...it's their job to ensure the thing is there when people come to collect it, not just simply said 'the item is lost'

And Terrence has write a wrong address as well on the bogus parcel.
No wonder i cant get the call card, instead of 23 he wrote 43 for the house number, and wrong taman too! .

Ok, enough with the stupid postmen story....here's what i got for today.









So Vince has called me yesterday & today stated he would refund me the money. Now I'm just waiting for him to refund me today, at least half of it 1st becoz he said that his transaction limit only 3K..

Update, 6th Feb, 12 pm noon....Vince has banked in rm3000. another 1600 is after 12am tomorrow as promised.

As soon as i receive the full payment i can say that this case is closed.

vince has refund me rm3000 today, still waiting for the rest.
despite we have lost much time about 3 months already.
lesson learned the hard way, i'll be extra careful next time....
anyway, i've learned so much in this process as well, how to deal with difficulties & stay calm...although at times feeling pissed off.

Lastly, do not use POS MALAYSIA! ever.

And the parcel also has some nasty comments at the side, i wonder if its written by the postal people? Thats way way bad image for post office. If that parcel being send to authority, post office will be in deep sh**.


Updates from Vince regarding payment for repair of Cdj1000 :

Vince has made a payment of $500 this morning to compensate partial repair expenses for the set and he also adviced that by monday if no answer regarding collection of the player, the player can be forfeited and can be sold off to cover up the remaining balances as the player can be only sold for a very low amount as its couple of years old and its the first edition of cdj1000. Anyways Vince kept to his promise to reimburse the partial payment and he did as promised. Thanks a lot for that Vince. And hoping to hear from u on monday .........Regarding speedfam's issue, I hope this will be settled out too and we all can close this thread and continue our lifes. Nobody in this thread are worth cheating as all of us seems to be very understanding throughout the whole thread and quite honest. Cheers.

speedfam, post that picture to the authority of POS. This nasty A**hol** should be punished for being bloody rude and sacarstic. Its their bloody job. Ask them to **** off if they are not happy with their job. Send it to the authority of POS a.s.a.p. No matter what ever mistake could be ours, they have no bloody rights to harass us with such cheap comments.

No worries i say u guys get my words , i will proceed all legal issue with them since i got everything in hand but is not in this thread lah . Another partial payment for speedfam RM1600 will be bank in by tonight 12am - 1am . This case consider closed but i still happy to meet u guys , i will still try to get u a mixer speedfam , payment i had tell u throught phone , if i really cant get u i promise to bank in u another RM200 as interest because i dont like people say i scam for interest free loan lmao. Deejay_krish , will call u in monday .

Ok one thing i appreciate is at least end of the day, Vince is trying close and solve our issues unlike some worse ones in other dispute threads. I think For me and speedfam, as long as the issue gets solved no matter money or item, its solved in the end, thats all we want . Cause no point fight over this either, its not gonna give anything end of the day.
