I had receive the PM Speedfamgirl , before all of this goes , i suggest u to make a full police report and send to me for my reference and i can explain to the police officer that i already reported earlier that where my money comes from . About Deejay_Krish , I had do my best for everything regarding the CDJ1000MK1 , the fellow dont want to find u i got no choice since the paying right is not in my side . Do PM me speedfamgirl after do the report , i will do a full explanation to u real soon but not by here , i wish to settle this without a dispute thread .

Details of the complaint :

Initially i am seeking help from procontavia to look around in KL if there's a good deal on a new DJM800 mixer, since i'm from Kuching, Sarawak & nobody sells dj gear here in Sarawak.
Procontavia (Procon) has found an attractive deal through XtOtH3D (Vince) contact, about RM4600 per unit.
I agree on the deal & registered Procontavia's account in my favorite account list so that is easier for me to transfer money when i'm at work.

Dec 9, I've completed banked in money to Procontavia's account so that he could pay Vince, Since Vince PMed me earlier he has helped me to pay for the mixer 1st.
Dec 13, Vince PMed me he had the receipts ready. I asked for the snapshot of the receipts as proof of purchase. But he delayed the process. this is his PM:
But he failed to show the receipt until today....

There' a lot of communication between me & procon (If you want to read my entire inbox i'm gladly archive it & paste it here). Vince stated that he had a show in Miri & Kuching during 22-28 period. So procon suggest that Vince hand carry the item to me when have the chance.
Vince declined coz of their so called tight schedule. Might make sense coz the mixer is heavy...
The last i contacted him is on Dec 28 after i'm feeling upset from what's going on, being mixerless during Christmas was sucked. no party can be organized plus my holiday was wasted just only waiting for the mixer.
It was the last day he posted on the forums & last logged in was Jan 6th.

Looks like Vince has chicken out.

Makes me worried so i do a thorough search on forums & later found that he has a dispute in the past.

I tried to convince Procon about my concern but we still give him benefit of doubt, for so long yawn.gif

Until yesterday he SMS me said that he's handphone has been stolen, and admit he's taking the money to buy that mixer from another person,  but the person has scammed him rclxub.gif
Anyway he will order a new one with his own money & later update me & procon today, which i doubt.
He doesn't contact any of us today as promised.
This is become more complicated, & with the prolonged delays & stories, I've discussed with Procontavia that we need to settle this case once & for all hopefully before CNY.

Vince i've send you a PM & also SMS you today.... please come in here & explain your situation.
I do hope that we can settle this latest before CNY, or else i'm not hesitate to take any legal actions, which is not good at all....
Your cooperation is very much appreciated.

Also anybody's input regarding this matter is most welcome.

I am not what scaring about the chicken out , i was busy this day so i didnt visit the forum often but i got see my email bout LYN PM . I had hand my money to the dealer which i order another unit , so i m waiting for his news about the mixer status , the deadline from me to him is monday since thaddeus tell me that u already rush for the mixer , and i already tell him if the mixer is not ready in monday then i get full refund . So , by this moment i m using MY money to get u another mixer or maybe refund u because i m the one who take ur money earlier to buy the mixer so i m the one who gonna do the Responsibility . Your money has been conned by the previous dealer due to my careless , but i also wish to take back the money , however , i still please u to do a report bout when u bank in and what happen to everything , as i can do a full explanation to the police officer . Regarding the previous con-case , which is my previous ID VincentXD , i face it & i settle it , i help the innocent TS get back the money , and the one he report " Chow Pei Li " still havent get caught , but this guy is existed because he own the maybank account .

Deejay_Krish , i dont mind u to crap here cause u lost ur money , but watch out the way u talk , is the proof that i can sue u anytime . Please remove the picture as this has related to one of the forumer here . You want my sexy picture i can give u anytime or take from my FB lol .

Yup , Its better we settle our self here . But no matter what i still hope u to do a police report and give me a copy because i also wish to take back my money from the conman and i need a full detail to the police officer that where my money comes from and is true that i m buying for my friend since i had do a previous report . Deejay_Krish , same to u bullshitting and all just ur plain crap , if u got evidence , just go to the police and lodge report on me . I had all ur screenshot proof , if anything happen to me between this few month , booyaa !

Seems like i give the wrong signal to Deejay_Krish , well , u should be got a receipt or something when u pay Pioneer , PM Me the screenshot i might pay u half as my best , or maybe i call the CDJ owner come out and discuss about it , since its ur money .

P/S : Speedfamgirl pm me your address as i might directly call my friend to send u the mixer by pos laju and post the tracking number here since i m away this monday and its hard for thaddeus to pickup .

I don't understand why LYN full of this kind of ppl , 1st of all I didn't evade this thread and I m replying here to defend my self in less then 30minutes the thread open , 2nd speedfam open this thread not because I m evading her is just she wan a proper discuss of where her money goes. Yes , just settle up everything in my aunt house in seoul here , got problem with the ISP i think , cant login to LYN Forum at all and need to use some proxy software sad.gif . I just received SMS from terrence which is my friend who buy the mixer , the mixer confirm will be in terrence there in late evening today and i had gived him thaddeus number , see how he does . I had ordered him if cant meet up thaddeus , straight proceed the pos laju on tomorrow morning , or today if he received b4 5pm . Seems like everything go smoothly . Cheers .

LoL , just went to nap and wake up . Received a sms from terrence ( 4.48PM +8GMT ) , he is on the way to meet up the dealer of mixer right now . So lets see will he meet up thaddeus or straight proceed postlaju . I might not be replying tonite because i got dinner , will try my best to update here . Are you sure "POSLAJU" don't have insurance? You have to request for it I think.. Look at the consignment note from Poslaju... Normal parcel will take almost 1 week or over to reach... If Poslaju don't have insurance, you should look for other courier service like Skynet, Gdex or National courier.. In the matter of fact, you just delaying the parcel to reach TS... Or you got send it or not leh?  whistling.gif

Hope everything goes good , i not very sure about the pos laju thingy but when terrence call me just now , he ask me want Pos Laju RM65.50 but no insurance or normal parcel with RM50 insurance RM75.50 , so i decide to use normal parcel since u offshore and u did request for insurance in PM and earlier post . Cheers
