That could be possible. Maybe you need to do extensive gearbox service. Might cost you RM1500.

QUOTE(jumajuma @ Aug 10 2009, 10:57 AM) Thanks for suggestion.. i already change to profile 60 tyre for 15", but this goodyear NCT5 quite noisy when travel high speed but really comfortable. So maybe i can compensate the stiffer suspension setup with high profile tyre and maintain the comfy level. Is that possible? sometime when travel high speed eg. 150~160 seem like my car floating a bit maybe coz the road surface. Occasional speeding only when catching the time. Or better i go for heavy duty absorber and standard spring? actually im poisoned to try the R3 spring and pair it with performance absorber. |

QUOTE(coyouth @ Aug 13 2009, 08:55 PM) my waja is a 2003 version. if my gearbox spoils and i buy a NEW one, do they fit the new gearbox using the same ones currently used in the new 2009 CPS waja cars or they would actually take a new 2003 version gearbox for my waja? Gearbox for Campro and Mitsu Waja is different, even though both made by Mitsu. Even Waja Campro and Gen2 gearbox also different. |

QUOTE(coyouth @ Aug 14 2009, 08:53 PM) from 2 persons reply, if i buy a new gearbox, i guess they'll be able to use the current one used by cps waja, which is made by mitsubishi. Not sure bout that, but any Mitsu engine could not use Campro gearbox.QUOTE(coyouth @ Aug 14 2009, 08:53 PM) Very obvious, coz each gearbox is designed specifically for each chasis. This post has been edited by b48753: Aug 15 2009, 12:08 PM |

QUOTE(matt wee @ Aug 17 2009, 01:34 AM) bro i ground from negative terminal to body side, firewall, then body side..both left and right...and that's all only..lolz..ground will effect car performance 1?i tot nothing different also since i bought it edi so just install lo dun1 to waste it..hehe.. Grounding is good for engine response, due to cheaper ECU used by proton. I feel the big difference when installing the ground wire.Your problem is due to disrupted reading when u just open -ve point. So now start the engine, after engine running plug off +ve battery terminal for a while, then put it back and let the engine idle for 5-10 minutes for reading resetting. |

QUOTE(nayte @ Aug 18 2009, 11:13 PM) was just wondering whats the difference if i install those aftermarket HID lights and taking the waja cps's headlamps and installing it on my car. same thing right? lol. issit cheaper to get the aftermarket ones? Yes, aftermarket HID is cheaper but need re-wiring, where else the original CPS HID came together with ballast and just plug n play.![]() you can see at the pic above the ballast is underneath the headlamp. Last nite just back from Kuantan, sprint my Waja all the way, then overtake a Perdana. Then that Perdana accelerate and back at my rear car. Still sprint my car and go to left lane until reach 190km/h. That perdana still can't overtake even i on left lane..hehehe..
