Would like to know where i can get my jeans altered? Want to alter it to slim fit rather than regular fit.
Areas around kl/selangor would be fine. Do state the rough pricing too

Hi besides GALA tailor, any other tailor to recommend in Penang?
How many days will be needed in order to get the suit ready?
I suppose custom suits will be cheaper compare I get in Japan?
*
(jacket only) Fitting in 10 days, completing in 7 days. Total 17 days. At least that's what the tailor told me. But mine actually done in 20 days

What colour are you looking for?I have tonnes of cloth in storage now. I have a grey/silverish mohair from Bulmer and Lumb which I got when I was in Bradford. Let me know the colour you like and I'll digg up my personal collection.

Yes mohair is appropriate for our weather as it does not conduct heat like wool does and provides excellent insulation

Ermm..... i think u mean "does not trap heat and vents out hot air" For your previous statement, it means "keep heat and trap hot air". hahaha

Thanks for the classy heads up man smile.gif I was meaning to talk on moisture transfer etc. Will elaborate when I have time.

But actually what I typed is one of the characteristics of mohair though not really in the context that I typed it in.

what if i stretched to a max of RM950? really wanna keep it below RM1K..

it doesnt have to be perfect, but i guess as long as it fits better than those ive tried in padini/seed/g2000/zara.

speaking abt zara..
they would take ur custom order to tailor made for you.

My brother did that.

However, the material and design will be the same as the one you choose from their outlet

Yes. U can. places like ALT should be able to do it, prepare to use house fabric. My only (and last suit there) was under 1k, fit was good... that's about it

So the saying is right, Gals spend rm1o for a rm20 worth of something she dont need, while guys spend rm20 for a rm10 of something he needs. like a boss

And im pircturing this, me and my mom rushing into a 90% clearance sale warring with 3000 other crazy woman while my father walks peacefully into a montblanc shop, pays thousands for a freakin pen!!! and walks out queitly... shakehead.gif

U wanted to do what to them? Shorten it?

Its... messy... just to share my experience

With one of my suits, they mess up the buttons (I wanted slight overlapping, they didnt) so the boss came and offered to re-do the entire sleeve for me. You just cant just "fix" the button holes.

Um... we do need a pen.

We spend 1k for a shoe we wear, compared to a girl who spends RM100 for 10 shoes which she forgot she had.. tongue.gif
