dew lorrr.. tracking site shows Final Delivery but i wait whole day at my office oso tak jumpa....

The status is not realiable one le. My friend sometimes receive the parcel liao but still the status not yet update/ parcel not found. hopeless

pos ekspress doesn't need a person to sign for the consignment .. so you can check with others whom residing and / or working at your address .. they might have collected it ..

sometimes the posmen just slip it under the door or else where if it's a big parcel, since can't fit in the mailbox ...

i know they won't deliver the parcel if there's something wrong with it either there are signs of being opened etc or cancellation and / or rewrite of address on the parcel itself ..

you or the sender can always call the Hotline to inquire on the posting ..

The tracking is not reliable.
I think you will receive it tomorrow. Somehow the posman didn't deliver to you even though he suppose to do so.

Haha, so far i used twice pos express and they reached next day. Even when i post from malaysia to sarawak.

I'm confused by the reason: unsafe/unlock mail box

I sent the item to someone living in a condo, so does that mean that they got a notice card to collect from the post office? Any of u got this kind of status update before?

I tried calling pos malaysia, and they said currently got some technical problems so can't answer any of my questions "

Yes, you are right. The postman will definitely left a notice there.
Living in a condo, I believe that the buyer's mailbox is located on first floor. Thus, anyone can access it.
Which brings to being not safe.

You are welcome.. I wanna know, the envelope has no expiry date right? I want to stock up, so that I don't have to rush to the post office when I need them.

Scared it has batch number or can only be used within a year like that.

AFAIK, no expiry date...but if u stock up for 5yrs..then i'm not sure

I had similar complaints from my customers as well. They dont prefer Pos Express due to unavailability of tracking the item route.

hey guys, i bought leggings online, sender sent it out yesterday from cheras to kl (ttdi). any advice on when my item will arrive? it's supposed to be today next time i'll stick to pos laju. these days i'm out of the house a lot, so i'm afraid the postman will simply ''throw'' it wherever he likes. plus, saturday i'm leaving town for CNY already.

I would like to ask if anyone having problems with the weights concerning pos express. What if we post items exceeding the weight limit stated on the envelope ? What will happen ?

ya. i also want to know what will happen if the weight and thickness of the envelope exceeds the limit...
