QUOTE(rage_against @ Oct 21 2009, 07:49 PM) it's like the Terms and Condition of the Pos Ekspres service but more importantly, for you to stick your sticker tracking code ( with yellow colour) for safekeeping and should the parcel had not delivered after 3 days, you can refer to it for reference. It's handy for occasional user as it is stated too the Pos Hotline number should you need to get in touch with Pos Malaysia to inquire on your posting. I usually ditch the posting slip but simply keep the tracking code on my own. This post has been edited by zaurus: Oct 21 2009, 09:49 PM |

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Feb 1 2010, 11:00 AM) Actually the cut off time is depending on location. true .. maybe we can collect some location points on the timing Some can be as early as 12.30 PM to as late as 5.30 PM. Normally it will be clear stated at the yellow post box there where you have to post the pos express envelope. other places mostly at 12.30pm or 2.30pm If PosLaju at normal post office, the cut off time is mostly at 3.30pm, but if you post out at PosLaju outlets, the last collection is at 4.30pm thanks ~Mew~ for the pics .. QUOTE(victor87 @ Feb 3 2010, 07:36 PM) pos ekspress doesn't need a person to sign for the consignment .. so you can check with others whom residing and / or working at your address .. they might have collected it .. sometimes the posmen just slip it under the door or else where if it's a big parcel, since can't fit in the mailbox ... i know they won't deliver the parcel if there's something wrong with it either there are signs of being opened etc or cancellation and / or rewrite of address on the parcel itself .. you or the sender can always call the Hotline to inquire on the posting ..
