2 ) Tell them your situation
3 ) Give them your tracking code , your address
4 ) Leave down your Phone Number and Contact Name
5 ) Now , the Bahagian Serahan will investigate it now , just wait for their calls

Tips For Sending A Pos Ekspress Document/Parcel

* Always make sure you use the correct size of envolope and do NOT use too much force to seal the envolope or it may tear when delivery in progress .
* Always use cellophone tape to seal the envolope to prevent it from tear when delivery in progress .
* DO NOT use it to send valuble items and 'Fragile' items .
* MAX Weight is 500G .


Sizes Of Pos Ekspress Envolope .


Step On How To Send PosEkspress Parcel :

1 ) Write the receiver name / address / contact number on the front .
2 ) Write your address on the back .
3 ) Peel off the yellow sticker in the front , keep it for future reference , that is the parcel tracking number .
4 ) Put the document . parcels that you wnat to send inside the envolope now .
5 ) Peel off the double sided-tape and seal the envolope
6 ) As for extra protection , cellotape the envolope seal and walla ! Your item is ready to be sent !
7 ) Drop it into any Yelllow PosEkspress Mail Box !
8 ) Done !

Final Collect Time Of PosEkspress :
Normally 0330PM

p/s : i ask like this coz usually i drop it into Pos Office Yellow Box instead of roadside Yellow Box ... hahha , coz that day i am in rush ...

Usually pos office do have ready stock for RM2.50 ( non windowed ) RM3 and RM4

In order to answer your question , i had scan some timetable from the pos ekspress envolope

There is Zone A ( Next Day , Means P+1 ) and Zone B ( next 2 days , means P+2 ) ( P = Posting Day )

You can use the RM6 or RM7 Packet Size
Just go to pos office but it , then put ur stuff inside , write the receiver address infront , at back ther write your address , and then peel off the yellow sticker at ur right hand saide for refrence

Yes Pos Ekspress used AirPlane , shipped with other things , like PosLaju , Registered Mails , Passenger , sometimes they uses Commercial Airlines
