hello all,

sry if repost question cos i nvr read all the pages.
i got few questions here.

1. the price of the envelope is fixed?
2. can i buy the envelope in bulk? got expiry date?
3. wat if my item overweight? will it be rejected?
4. between poslaju & express which 1 reach faster?
5. this 1 OT question..opps. do u as a seller gain profit fm posting? if too personal can pm me.

thank you all.
*
1) Yup
2) Yup and No.
3) As long as it doesn't too much
4) Both same. PosLaju is safer as postmen hv to deliver it to ur doorstep whereas Posexpress tends to get lost.
5) I don't, I normally charge around 1-2RM for the fuel and time coz the Post office is quite a distance from my house. If I'm sending lots of item in one shot, then I won't charge extra.

That is for pos laju.
I doubt they will do the same for pos express.

If you lost the tracking no => Game over I guess, don't think you can track it back.

Use the tracking number and check online here:

http://www.pos.com.my/v1/MAIN2.ASP?c=/v1/T...e/MainTrack.htm

If it is stated clearly there ' Final Delivery', but you haven't received it, I suggest you better call and check with Pos Malaysia.
I sent 1 to a customer but it's already lost/stolen! God knows. sad.gif

Check it again tomorrow. The tracking system is not 100% time accurate.
Example, I send something to Kuching, it's two days delivery. But the next day already stated FINAL DELIVERY.
True enough, after a few more days only my recipient received it.

Impossible unless you want your specs to be broken.
You should see how the post man throw the things around.

In actual fact, pos express is only for documents.
But people do send small stuff too because it's cheaper and as fast as pos laju.

Just bubble wrap it nicely, put inside an envelope then send with poslaju.
Using box will be charged more, is it?
