my tracking say final delivery yesterday at 4pm~
but till now no parcel also
so i call pos line, which ask me wait 10 day for them to investigate the case lol..
so i try call bahagian serahan, which told me to call the same number with an extension, so i try call that number but no answer... keep ringing but no answer.. walan.
so i try call back the original bahagian serahan, also no answer... wtf?

I fear my parcel got sent to wrong address, next time shud use pos laju lol ... especially for game i order for rm200( very silly of me but my seller say got no problems with item missing b4)

this is the first and last time i will use pos ekspres lol

a lesson for you.never use cheap pos express for expensive stuff..u can pay RM200 game but can't afford another few bucks for poslaju?

its ok i just got the item after calling bahagian serahan. yea i know.. next time i use pos laju

Lucky you.Mine also show final delivery on 11/09/2009 but till yet receive my parcel.Been calling the posline for the f**king whole day but nobody answer my call. I just saw this thread shall call the bahagian serahan by tommorow.

Let's say I have a postcard I want to send to my relatives abroad. Where would I drop this postcard? Walking all the way to a postal office (nearest in my area is 3rd level at BB Plaza/Sungei Wang) is ok, but I would think there are easier ways?

Just wanna share that Pos Malaysia has increase the Pos Ekspress prices from 1st Oct onwards. The rm2.50 parcel will now become rm3.00.

it's like the Terms and Condition of the Pos Ekspres service but more importantly, for you to stick your sticker tracking code ( with yellow colour) for safekeeping and should the parcel had not delivered after 3 days, you can refer to it for reference. It's handy for occasional user as it is stated too the Pos Hotline number should you need to get in touch with Pos Malaysia to inquire on your posting.

I usually ditch the posting slip but simply keep the tracking code on my own.

It is a slip for you to keep as record . In case your parcel is missing after you sent it . You may use this slip to redeem another PE Envelope .

1) When you pay RM3 to buy the envelope for the pos express, its included as the full postage fees right ?
2) Usually take how long for it to arrive ?

1)Yes.
2)1 day if it's in Bahagian A(most major cities).check the pos ekspress slip in the envelope..

You can call them . Call POSHotLine then ask them redirect you to your local Post Office .
