i admit my mistake is losing the post tracking,
but 90 % of my tradelist is done postage,
i have several pre order on going bulks,

if wanan makan 30 bucks, i would have makan the few hundreds from the bulk better rite?
not one buyer complain bout missing parcel whatsoveer from me

she wants refund by this week sad.gif

no guarantee if i refunded to her, then weh the item arrive she will act honest and pay me back rite?

thats the thing. i asked the person to weigh and give the stamps. not that i simply put cos i didnt know how much to put also. and they haven sent to me or buyer. grr... crazy system la.

haih. for all you know the person has already received the item. maybe not satisfied so ask for refund disguised as haven gotten package yet. aiyo that person wont post here la. then people will know who it is ma. then rep gone.

Well, I'll say based on my opinion. So it might vary from your thought. Firstly, I would really appreciate if y_owez can try to find out for the good's tracking number. It eases a lot and clears confusion between the seller and buyer, in addition it is the best proof to prove the seller's innocence. Next, seller has sent it out and done whatever he or she is obligated to. The buyer should know the risk of accepting purchase via postage. Even if it is Poslaju, GDex or any other courier service, each of them doesn't carry 100% reliability.

Let's move on to the refund part, if the buyer requests for refund, it will be unfair to the seller because seller has done his/her part. OK, if the seller is willing to refund because the good doesn't reach buyer eventually (touchwood), then seller please do so but you have to set for a time frame for this. For example, 1 month from the date which the item was delivered.

To recap everything, seller has no obligation to proceed with refund because he/she has done his/her part. However, in order to prove this, seller must find out the slip as soon as possible. Else, seller can always go back to the respective post office to make an enquiry regarding this matter, who knows if they do keep a record for this?

In short, try to settle this in peace. There is no use to argue over a mere RM 30.00. Good luck in solving this issue! Sorry, if my explanation sounds contradictory. sweat.gif

Cant she wait ??? SHe must know the real world issue la .... Flooding ... Pos Activites sure slow down ... ( She As A Seller Also Should Know This .... )

And , the Buyer just dont know what happened .... She just HardHeaded and want refund ... without care about others situation ...

for me 1 month should be ok? but some 1 month also haven get it

but my buyer insits by this week, i mean normal also takes at least 2 weeks, what more to say holiday season + raining season.

i mean, reg post, raining season.. post man oso dun have to be wet.

she keep saying almost 3 weeks, but if count the holidays like i stated, its just roughly 2 weeks, not including the rainiy season.

ok,i've also called the pos malaysia and they said that they need some kind of proof of purchase.so i myself dont have proof,so i cant ask the lady to check for me,as there's no tracking no.

come on lah,im a lawyer by profession,i know my law and i know my rights.i bargained with her,she said rm30 was fine.i didnt force her to accept my money or my bargain,she accepted with her own free will.she contracted with me willingly.

its not about the rm30,its about the principle.if i knw its gonna take this long,esp for food,thn of course i wont buy.other sellers that i bought from,like brendas and a few others from lyn,all their items have arrived,in 2-3 days!so excuse me if i find your excuse a bit dodgy,esp since now you also lost your tracking no,which is the only proof that you have to say you sent

you are actually slandering and defaming me by calling me troublesome,as i believe that im only enforcing my right as a buyer.whn u buy stuff at jusco,you also get receip right?thats your proof to show that you bought something there.

so pls settle my problem for me,instead of whining here and there.do business properly lah.if my buyers dont get in 2 weeks,i promptly refund,no questions asked.also,i keep all their ref nos,in case they bring complaint againts me.thats how you do business.but hey,thats just me,other ppl might not have my ethics.smile.gif

i've posted PJ to sarikei, sarawak, food reached safely but she went to get it herself, else another week for the poot poot mail man send. lol

and if i ever see you slandering/defaming me here again,trust me,im writing a complaint to pos malaysia for postal fraud.you have no proof u sent,but i have proof that i sent money to you.i can go to the bank to get the written statement to show as proof that i transferred money to you.like i said,im a lawyer and i have access to a lot of resources.

look,i just want my food.my cousin is flying soon,so pls just settle this.if she flies,the whole point i buy will be gone.again,if it takes this long,i dont want it anymore.i want my money.i dont care who settles this,i want it to be done.the mods,seller,posters or whoever that can settle,just get me my sweets.and they must be in edible/good condition.i just want my sweets.
whoever can do this,i promise,u come my firm,free legal 1x time advice.just get me my sweets

perhaps u shud have asked for the time frame of sending the sweets using reg post from WM to EM before purchasing. if u needed them so urgently, should have just used poslaju... you are a lawyer, working already.. cant afford to pay another rm 3? sweat.gif

im sure the sweets will be fine after a month.. there's an expiry date what.. it's not anytime soon, isit?

Yes , if you Lost your tracking number , it is impossible to track it smile.gif Even the local pos office also cant help you , cause there's many ppl using RegPos everyday smile.gif

Stuff And Food using RegPos delivery timeframe is the same , no exceptions for special parcel , except using other services
