erm, just wondering for this pos express thing, they posman deliver the stuff face to face or they just put it in the letter box?
*

QUOTE(bubbliblu @ Jan 2 2009, 12:49 AM)
how to use pos ekspress?
let's say i want to pos a book A4 size
can anyone list down the step by step?
*
pos express, u have to use their ready made envelopes/boxes
just go to the post office, go to the counter to send parcels & ask for the envelope/box size that u want.
then fill in the details on the front n back, take the yellow tracking number at the bottom right & seal it
drop it into the post express post box (with a yellow label or its yellow in colour)

Pos Express envelope sizes (taken from the post above):
220 mm x 110 mm RM 2.50 (Window/Non-window)
229 mm x 160 mm RM 3.00
353 mm x 221 mm RM 4.00
250 mm x 210 mm x 25 mm RM 6.00 (Packet)
340 mm x 250 mm x 25 mm RM 7.00(Packet)

ah oh. it depends on the reciever name. if its a girl name, they posman sure turns angel. if its a man....................
*
What if the name is like "Oi Ah Wei" guy or girl? lol

QUOTE(booklover @ Jan 2 2009, 05:09 PM)
is it? so if we use a RM 2.50 envelope they will only give a RM 2.50 one to us for losing the whole package? omg so not fair! and gender-bias ar the people. turn angel for girls only.
*
Something like that.. The post office worker explained to me.. sweat.gif

7 Jan 2009 9:31:24 AM KUCHING SERAHAN Attempted Delivery

So cool that it was actually a surprise gift to her, she was indeed delighted. biggrin.gif

Just impressed only with the speed. smile.gif
I'm impressed with Poslaju too. smile.gif
In short, so far Pos Malaysia has never failed me yet. Hopefully it continues. smile.gif
Pos Ekspres can only send those less important stuffs, if more than that just let Poslaju do the job. wink.gif
So far my postage to EM only takes 2 days the most, 1 day is quite frequent. Never encountered 3 days though. smile.gif
*
Oh.. cos the slip says 3 days.. Never expected Malaysian postage to be so fast laugh.gif

good for u.
any solutin for me guys?
buyer demand refund.
but its not my fault that shipping is delayed
my only fault is lossing the track rite?
*
say sorry but as a seller, she should know that reg post from EM to WM takes a couple of weeks. she didnt inform you that she needed it urgently, right? even if she did, if she wanted it earlier, she should have ordered earlier.. if i were you, i definitely wont give her a refund. but she can frame u of cheating her since u dont have proof of postage.
