I haven't received my parcel until today, 13th January already.... called the 1-300 300 300 hotline and they told me most probably the sender wrote the wrong address (but I doubt it, I think the postman delivered to the wrong house or kept the item for himself!)

You can call the Kepong Or Cheras one , then they will direct you

Works all the time , after they direct you , update the number here for other forumer future reference

BTW , y_owez , now KCH flood , so all POS activities is slowed down

I just received it, the postman come to deliver it in plainclothes. Apparently they misplaced it and marked it as 'delivered' already.....

I'm glad I finally got my items!!! I wonder if I didn't call them, what would happen to my parcel...
