dun worry. after induction sure sum will quit. there will be 2nd intake. those who come in for 2nd intake will also have sponsor.

alam don't sponsor. but shipping companies do.

btw, SMA i mentioned earlier in my previous post is Singapore Maritime Academy. for sarawak maritime academy i've no idea.

dun worry. no matter where u stdy, the thing that will make u get job is not really dpends on the reputation of college. it depends on ur COC. ur COC is what will determine u'll get job or not. that is one special thing of becoming seafarer. everybody have similar chances. even if you enter as a crew/rating, u'll still have the chances to become officer. providing u're willing 2 stdy and take the examination.

well... i heard that induction system changed already. let me tell u how my induction go.

after registration, we were shown to the accommodation and take shower.

night time, all of us have to go to the hall. there, we were given 50 pushup and 50 starjump.

next morning we awake @ 0500. another starjump. this time 100. and more than 50 push up. haha. very2 tiring. then got fitness program. marching lesson. and much more. mozly to create teamwork among u. by the way of torturing. one people f**cked up, all people get the same. haha.

should be the same with my police cadet induction then.. but its been over 3 year since i did any exercise at all.. sure get fcked..

so, he applied for NOL singapore for his 2nd year shipboard training.
after he graduate, they said he must bond with the company for 3 years.
