it may happen to some people...but it's much more stable on xp.

I think I'm the only one facing problem when updating my E71, it keep freeze when half way through updating the firmware on my vista workstation. So I switch to my laptop which is running on XP, and managed to update the firmware.

Wat ya comment about the Camera? I think it is sucked!

an E series camera always sucks... well, it's for emails, internet and other important business stuff..so camera wise nokia made a cheap sensor that is much worse than other 2mp cameras...

well..the steel body is very nice...so price increase because of the high quality build..to reduce price nokia put cheap camera.

When u talking about internet browsing and emailing it beats n95 , N85 , N 79 flat.

If u buying your phone for camera please get a N series dont get N series then compare with E71 for business.The camera its just additional not priority. Its like u saying u buy a rally car then u use it to race drag race vs a car fully design for drag only.

First do u know what N series stands for? Do u know what E series stands for and Do u know Xpressmusic stands for?

Please compare an N series with an N series not E series.

yeah...im just explaining to limengseng... it has it's pros and cons..like other phones too..

but it does come to mind that if the 3mp is that bad they should just put a 2mp camera.. but did i mention the steel body..hehe.. it's real nice..aka iphone like .. like the weight too.. reminds me of the weight of 8800 series phones...seriously heavy..

overall phone capability...n series is somewhat the choice

Yup.... the camera worst than my 5700. sigh.... Even my E63 snap better...

Internet blowsing and GPS is perfect. Better than Dopod.

e63 has 2mp camera right? if e71's camera compared to e63..which is better? with and without flash

Both with flash. but i think E63 snap the picture quite nice. sometime better than E71. only dun have AF.

I think after upgrade to latest firmware...the camera looks to perform slightly better. But it could also mean my mind playing games on me!

Newer firmware are known to improve photo quality. Those who think the camera suck should tried it.

so u think i should update it? nvm. i just send it to claim warranty. then i update the version.

just feel that the PC Suit interface is suck,
Nokia should improve it asap.
