Alternatively, if anyone is staying in selayang, there's a shop selling avaxx set for RM1350. Not sure the name of the shop, i think its Max something....just next to the money changer. Quite good service..got mine from there last week...

Hi, I have updated my firmware yesterday.
got some issue, need help.
1. I can't use wifi, it's connected but says no gateway reply
2. some software in Installation folder missing like the widset, trapster etc
so far this is the 2 issue i found out.

Anyone can help ow to go about it?

guys, the phone roughly is around rm1.3k to rm1.4k region. Some shop selling at rm1.3k but no free software garmin, games, etc...to install they usually charge rm50. some shop selling at higher price but with free software...

i got mine for rm1.38k with free software.

seller not really honest there is once he gave my friend a malfunction unit after argue then only he willing to change.
2nd bad experience i wanted buy a phone from him i pm him he give me 1 price i sms him he give me another price. So which is the right 1?

I got mine RM1300 with garmin and many software installed. Good service too

i just wondering, maybe 2nd batch of E71 (black) battery is weaker

After hard format my phone, still the same. (1 battery bar=6 hours, total 7 bar = 42 hours = approximate 2 days)
(normal usage with lowest LCD brightness, GSM mode, WLAN off)

I'm thinking of go to Nokia center claim the battery warranty.
Just worry they don't accept, then i will waste my transport fee.

Hi Slyoung,

got the e71 as well. popular phone ah.
manage to get back on wifi, can't remember what I did.

Now trying to locate back those default software.
Anyway didn't notice much improvement after firmware update.
Maybe I have not been playing long enuf

I having this prob too. Normally I just off n on.. I'm having an Avaxx set too. tongue.gif Will see the Nokia Care center and blast them lar.

my previous E71 could last 4 days with your settings..one more tips that is not listed in the front page, plug out your charger once the battery is full..do not charge it overnight..

i thought black,grey n white set are same.. Nothing different on the hardware.Maybe you did over charge the battery bro. As i know, the current nokia product, you cannot charge it overnite.Maybe 3 or 4 hours enough. Correct me if am wrong.

1. Maybe WLAN not available. Usually that is the problem.

2. Did you back up the data using PC suit before update firmware? If not that it.All gone..

1. Price - where and how much can get for AP and AVAXX/ZITRON set?
2. What item most coming together?
3. What must i check before 1st buying this phone?

This 1st time i'm using PDA phone. Need guide from all senior at here. TQ.

Hi Thanks, I have got everything back to normal.
Wifi works, and only found software like Widset & Trapster are 3rd party which the shop put in for me when I bought the phone. it thought it was a default software.
