"Hack" or "Buy it for USD99" it... Otherwise u wont get signal for ur Garmin... 4GB is good enough for E71...

ok got garmin to work with malfreemaps, i can say that the maps are pretty good, but it takes you thru the long route, not the shortest and v 5.00.00 has no battery drain issues scofield, have you got yours to work, you did it right.

it goes into the root folder bro. mine works, although it takes a couple of mins for me to get a fix. still on the old firmware - operator specific..sigh.

i thought you only couldnt key in the house number?the rest are working find..btw, where can i get those voices for the garmin?currently had none..

I'm using Garmin XT version 5.00.10 with latest firmware.
My GPS still takes quite long 2 lock-on.

The other day I was trying it out. I let the phone lock on 1st, then went into the car frens car.
Tinted with V-Kool Elite front & back/V-Kool Secure for all the mirrors.

My GPS Signal straight away gone. Cannot detect anything until reach back office.

I seriously wish my GPS can lock-on within 15secs like some one yours.
Any ideas how shall I go about gettin it done?

normal la. V-Kool is too thick. My fren n95 on other car no problem on his car always no signal at all.

you need to go to the shop and as them to re-flash your firmware to the one that enable chinese language..
