Well it is a good upgrade since you can do more with an iPod Touch if you don't mind the size since you are upgrading from a Nano. Also, if you really make the upgrade then go for the 16GB.

ipod touch is like an all rounder, if u got use those features, and loves to watch movies while lying on bed, or watch movie on the go, ipod touch is really good on that. Summore the browsing is one of the best.

depends whether u really use the additional function in ipod touch... in my case, i usually use my ipod touch to on9 n listen song,,,

Haha.. You gotta ask yourself if its necessary.. Nano is great because of the size.. Touch's size is a pain in da butt sometimes.. Too big..

Ahh, now I know Thanks. I've deleted all the apps (free ofcourse) which were in the Malaysia account and re-download them using US account. Thought it will be mafan to switch account .

Wow it's been sometime since i come in here already. Great to see bro chingwooi created v2! And seems like iPod Touch 3rd gen is on the way?

Well, the touch can be a real big iPod to carry especially when I also had a Palm in the same pocket...

But now the touch stands alone, having gradually taken over the Palm's duties as appointment scheduler, contacts database, expense tracker etc... These are some of the core functions that I use the touch for, as well as the usual listening of songs, video watching, and 'net surfing!

Oh man the current touch is already by no means a winner in terms of size and portability and they are planning to make a larger one ? Well probably it would appeal to HD freaks. I suppose you can't have everything, either quality or size

i LOLed at ipod touch HD . 2g better ehehehe. btw watching movies with ipod gives you a bad neck . furthermore you have to keep holding it if you are commuting in LRT or in a car.

Now that I read the article again I guess if they do come out with the iPod touch HD with a 7 or 9 inch screen it would be more than just an iPod IMO. Probably like a tablet netbook or some sort IMO.

Thought it was getting smaller, but instead, getting bigger .

Wow, that is gonna be one really large iPod touch... The current one with a 3.5" screen is considered a midget, in comparison!

But for me, its not practical to carry such a large "portable" music player... Cumbersome and cannot put in the pocket, unlike the present iPod touch!

hi..just wanted to know if anyone is facing a similar problem with your ipod touch 2g 32gb..i've been charging my ipod touch through my laptop's USB and everything was fine. Recently i've tried charging my ipod touch through my office's desktop..n then the weird phenomenon begin to occur. my ipod touch would not turn on!! i had to unplug the USB and plug it back in and some of the times the screen would turn on..and after u swipe to unlock it..its alright...tho' there are times when u put it back to charge and it still won't turn on...sigh..is anyone facing any of this problems? can let me know? i charge thru USB 2.0 if that's any help...
