i have red spot on my face and i went to guardian purchase face care.

the staff told me diacneal is too strong and she ask me to use avene cleanance K.

- i would like to know is cleanance k able to remove the red spot left by the pimples?

- secondly, i know that after apply avene product it dried our skin and it required some sun screen.
can i use the avene (haute protection) sun screen 50spf and sometimes my face will be oily

- any recommended brand of sun screen? and spf 30 or 50?

Just drink pure lemon juice(without adding any other liquid) every morning b4 eating any food.(will not hurt your stomach because the P.H. point will change after that).Help in whitening skins and reduces oil on skins.
If you want better effect after getting the juice, use the lemon skin with water and rub your face during shower(do not just rub it on your face without water or you'll get rashes cause it's too strong) =D i drinks lemon everyday, warm my stomachs and no flu and pimple free~~

Both cleanser should be fine. To control oiliness/shine u can try getting those oil control film...Gatsby is my fav but don't blot too often in a day.

As for pimples u can try getting an acne gel from pharmacy.

I guess the red spots on your face ain't too many or severe that's why she recommend u to use Cleanance K.

Cleanance K will gradually remove the red spots but u got to be patient. Might take a few months. The prob with C.K is that it is really sticky n makes the face shine. I really can't tahan using it. Avene calls C.K a moisturizer to be used on d whole face...but u might want to use it only on red spots n only a small amount. Best to use it at night.

Its not the drying effect that requires u to use sunscreen but the exfoliating/peeling effect on the skin when using products like Diacneal n Cleanance K. The avene sunscreen is not recommended as its not suitable at all for hot humid weather. It tends to get oily n shiny fast.

I recommend u try Sunplay Skin Aqua Moisture Milk SPF50. Quite cheap (RM30, 40ml). It's really light and alcohol free. Doesn't make ur face oily but at the same time doesn't really control shine much...very natural.

U can either go for panoxyl 5% benzoyl peroxide or go 4 Diacneal.

It's really up to u n how oily your skin is. I use around 2 sheets a day. Just don't overdo it and blot every 30mins...that's not advisable at all.

No prob bro. Tissue paper/toilet paper also works in absorbing oil but not as good as those special sheets.

IMHO panoxyl gives faster results but doesn't penetrate deep enough. Some ppl are against meds like panoxyl becoz the main ingredient in it is benzoyl peroxide which can cause free radical damage. I did notice though that once the pimple subsides after applying panoxyl, it leaves a red mark that takes a long time to disappear.

Diacneal takes months to work sometimes but leaves u with nice skin and no red marks. Diacneal does cause extra breakouts as a side effect and is more suited for more severe acne.

Why don't u try using one of those oil blotting sheets so u don't have to wash off n reapply the sunscreen.
