It's bloody 2.5 hours long? I thought I read somewhere a few days ago that it's gonna be 1 hour 49 mins. Did Bay not learn his lesson from TF2?

Thank goodness I decided not to watch this on Friday night I'll just doze off.

Depends. If it is as good as X-Men Fist Class (i slightly doubt so lol) which is 2 hour and 12 minutes, then it's okay lah. But the most important thing is, i hope they won't prolong the action for too long like TF2 especially in the ending to tire the audiences and eventually became boring even though there were many actionss in it.

Both the director and actors claim the 3D in this movie is the "real deal". How far this is true, have to wait and see. With plenty of action on screen and M Bay certified explosions, 3D is definitely going to be great IF indeed it works.

I have great expectations from this third and final outing of the M Bay Transformers franchise. Here's hoping to a great reception from both critics and fans!

TF3 isn't going to be like X-Men FC. X-Men isn't a mindless action blockbuster- at least it had a proper origin story and development for a few characters. You can bet your ass there won't be anything like that in TF3. It's going to be all crash crash boom, and crash crash boom movies should never exceed 2 hours.

A 2.5-hour POS ain't worth more than a 2-hour POS.

I honestly cannot wait. This looks like the third most polished film out there in the summer based on trailers behind Super 8 and Captain America. Reviews have been extremely positive from test screenings and with Bay promising to right the many wrongs of Transformers 2, I just cannot wait, if only out of sheer curiosity.

The future of 3D also hinges on the Box Office performance of this film. Will be very interesting to hear the feedback. I for one will be watching this in 3D.
