post paid required for softbank roaming, prepaid sim cards do not roam abroad. Reprovisioning doesnt cost money, what the cost is getting the softbank usim and prob paying the minimum fee which to get a softbank usim active is really hard to do. I almost bought a 705px over 6months ago on ebay b/c it came with an active prepaid along with phone for less than rm600. But when i found out it couldnt roam, I passed up on buying it

With the 920p, unlock process is like the 923sh, where you are tied to one sim card and cant switch sim cards, so when you sell it, buyer needs to do the same unlock process if you had it done before. THat is why in the case of the jphone users in north america with 923sh/920p, they had to send their sim cards to taiwan to get the process done b/c no one offers the services (yet...)

904sh does, but it is stable like a regular phone with no OUT issues, cheap hypersims work fine on it

Just got my P905 from kennyshan yesterday. Some problem here right off the bat. Just wondering, why does it ask me for a security code when i turn on the phone? I already switch off my SIM pin security function but when i turn on the phone, it asked me for a Security Code. What should i put into it?

yes you can access Docomo phones without sim card, in fact Docomo phones have no media lock.
by default, ya it is 0000, but maybe his pass code was changed by the previous owner, and yet the previous owner din't inform him.

The security pin in 9999. Its the default Sharp phone models security pin. Wont change unless you did changed it before.

As per Dec 2008, get confirmed from HWZ (Benny + Kuro), got new hypersim

1) u can swtich Simm Card, but then only can SMS/Call for the 2nd Simm Card. if change back to the 1st Simm Card, SMS/Call/Media all become OK

2) 99% no CPR wor + auto-recover siganl is OUT.

very tempting, but not visit s'pore since Nov. so no choise have to wait loh.

will this hypersim automatically detect the signal back after the signal is out ?
or still need to do cpr for the remaining 1% ?
