how to do settlement ? direct call bank then they will inform akpk ?

hi guys, recently few agencies contacted me offering AKPK enrolment services with only 3-5% interest within the whole debt restructuring plan. They are kinda like runner service while also can retain 1 cc. Also, they are charging like 8-10% for their "professional" services. Have u all heard bout this?

please dont fall into these scammers.
already share many many times. going to AKPK is free. no charges.
when you need to go AKPK your debts already quite not manageable already.

these KAM SAU TAN......animal consultant still want to slice your meat before leaving you to your bone.
just call AKPK and ask. set appointment to meet them.

Hi Guys, I have settled full settlement for Citibank.
You may call this number 03-2383 5700 early in the morning.

If you still cant get it then may proceed to citibank FB messenger. Their action is faster than calling urself. They will ensure collection officer to call you back after you make complaint thru FB messenger.

Did you get any discount from Citibank?if yes how many %

just want to know it is bank will update akpk once our payment completed ? because my hlb personal account got excess amount and in akpk portal the account is still there.So i still need to make payment ? bank inform me i need to fill in form to get my excess amount back and then they will give a release letter and myself need update akpk.but in my previous others bank not such thing.bank will update to akpk and excess amount will pay back to akpk

When did you start to hv excess in that bank?
Hv you tell akpk as in post 3223?
Past forummers mentioned that banks will update akpk periodically, thus I think if you do it yourself will be faster than waiting for the bank to tell akpk

Last 2 month coz i just call bank to check the balance amount.Then bank say cant give release letter bcoz there is an excess amount.If no letter how i want to upload to akpk portal to remove the account.They say need bank in back the excess amount to my account account only can give release letter.But others no need.They will update AKPK but need some time

but for OCBC , Citibank and Hsbc no such thing.HLB special ?

I can only speculates,... Maybe their sop requires them to clear off all outstanding items in your account with them, only after, then they can issue the release letter to sort of symbolise both of you hv nothing outstanding items in that loan account,... Sort of nothing to do with you or them anymore 🙄
Other banks may hv different sops

I am not sure if I made a mistake?
I made partial settlement to PTPTN and gotten my release letter.

Then I went to Maybank and made my partial settlement, but bank made payment to AKPK instead of to the bank?
How do I get release letter from Maybank now since payment is made to AKPK and already reflected in my AKPK account..
