QUOTE(nkymark @ Dec 17 2008, 10:52 PM) iWork opens Microsoft Office documents BUT not exactly as it would look on Windows, alignments, page breaks etc. may not appear the same. QUOTE(rx330 @ Dec 18 2008, 11:07 AM) jake, my mbp update has the same problem as urs It is always best to download the updates and install independently. Just bookmark Apple's Download Support page and download the updaters from there. I never ran into any installation problems that way. I usually use Software Update to check for updates, then download from the Support page and install independently. http://support.apple.com/downloads/

Hey guys! I would like to know what is the difference between a 5400RPM HDD and a 7200RPM HDD? Does it heat up or anything? How about the power consumption?

For the screen protector, I bought a 15" and cut to size(RM15.00 at LYP). For the external, I bought this from Zagg (http://www.zagg.com/invisibleshield/laptop/apple).

Hi, I just bought a Macbook alu 2.0 Ghz.So, I am new into this. Just wanna ask about the battery for Macbook. Cos when i bought it, i directly used it while it is still charging. Then, I can use it up to 5 hrs after complete charging. Now after I complete charging for the 2nd time, the battery can last about 3 hours only.
I only use it for Internet browsing and listening to some music. Is this normal? Sorry for asking this kind of question. just curious. TQ
