i'm not sure too... but if for gaming and vmware, the difference should be noticeable..
with only 512 mb when dual boot windows xp, is kinda slow and lag.. maybe the extra 2 gb of ram may solve the prob.. i think at least 5 ppl, then i will consider to buy too.. |

How much does it cost to upgrade Alu MB from 2GB to 4GB in this situations?
1. Directly requesting the upgrade when buying. I think this one should cost less than 600 but not sure the exact amount. Anyone know? 2. Upgrade at mac reseller after using it for a while? Or is it still cost the same as #1? Of course I mean the RAM, This post has been edited by z3171600: Feb 19 2009, 02:00 PM |

QUOTE(z3171600 @ Feb 19 2009, 02:00 PM) How much does it cost to upgrade Alu MB from 2GB to 4GB in this situations? Option one costs around RM485 if i am not mistaken, that was the price i paid when i ordered my mbp online wth 4GB ram.1. Directly requesting the upgrade when buying. I think this one should cost less than 600 but not sure the exact amount. Anyone know? 2. Upgrade at mac reseller after using it for a while? Or is it still cost the same as #1?
