As an iPhone and Android developer,my favourite thing about iPhone development is cocos2d a good game framework. Also the iPhones all have the same no. of drawing points (480x320) even for the iPhone's retina display, so it saves a lot of trouble with creating images for different screen sizes.

My fren wanted to buy iphone 4 today,
Lowyat machine said got stock but she was told that she MUST use credit card,and the credit card MUST be her own card,
Is this possible? I find it a bit ridiculous how come cannot pay cash if we not gonna take instalment plan..

Anyone can answer this question? Coz my fren haven get her own credit card yet..

Hi, what's the best deal for iPhone4 local warranty unlocked? I saw RM2199 from Garage Sales. Any better deal?

Errr.. why compare a model older than iPhone4? And a first Android model from SE, no less. It's for guinea pigs.

my friend buy the 2nd handset (iphone 4 ) no service card!
But i check according the serial no. checking still under warranty.
how do i know from which telco??
the warranty till march 2012.

As far as I know, no service card means no warranty
Cause we need to bring the card along to the telco for warranty

as i call before to maxis , they accept without service card. if claim replacement unit they will check on serial no. then ok. but digi i have no idea.

I've just bought a used Maxis iPhone 4/3GS. What do I need to do when I wanted to send in my phone to Maxis for warranty?
- To claim warranty you need the person who bought the iPhone which is under his/her name to be present. Requires I/C (of original owner) and warranty card.
*UPDATE: According to a personnel from Machines, having the Warranty Service Card is suffice for warranty purpose.(credits to tinkerbel)

Been using apple products for few years back, switching frens from other brands to apple
Be it computers or mobile phones
Saying how good the software is, the hardware is, the warranty service is

Last Friday, i bought a white iphone 4 outright from ATR, have to pay extra rm 200 on top of retail, which includes some unwanted items. Its fine, i dun mind, as the phone is a gift for someone

Sunday receive a call, the phone isnt working
There is no sound from the phone
(it may be my fault for not trying it on the spot, the phone is to remain wrapped as it was suppose to be a gift)

Collect the phone yesterday, n personally tested it myself, same thing, no sound

Just made a call to ATR today, there is no such thing as one to one exchange
what they are saying is there is a 7 days warranty (which i dun really understand what it means)
So i need to send down the phone, n wait till dunno god knows wen to get it back, be it a brand new set or a refurbished, i would have no idea at all

Seriously, im quite pissed off, dunno with apple? their products? or with the reseller or with the terms n regulations here
im purchasing something that is abt 2.5k ( too some may be cheap), DOA, and i still need to wait for it till god knows when

im not too sure will this thread be deleted or not, i hope it wont

i really hope the rights of consumers here should be improved, and not to be treated in this manner

Felt sorry 4 u..well, i not goin 2 buy any apple products coz i know dey just wan 2 control our minds!! Wtf if buying exp things but de quality is crap!! Exp but got many issues. Not worth it bro..
