Hi!
BLR is dropped. But I'm wondering whether this source is accurate or not. The rate is differ depends on banks. Any one can advise?

QUOTE(gunnerstkd @ Feb 6 2009, 09:56 AM) bangkok bank?.. hmm..wat if suddenly chap lap? erm.. if chap lap then u no need to pay back the loan lor. but pray so that it happens after 100% loan is released. haa... Even thought the BLR is lower but we need to go thru the overall package. BLR is fluctuated so BLR minus how many % is important. Hav u applied any loan packages?

Hi
I think with the current BLR rate that is going now. Bank will find it difficult to offer BLR minus 2. However, you may need to take up MRTA in order for them to push for the offer.
If anyone is able to get an offer of BLR minus 2 and above plz do let me know.

You mean after they called u asking whether u still want the unit or not and if u want.. u need to sign the S&P.. which means u already have the loan agreement from bank already?..

Anyway, still wondering, to buy or not to buy....everyone is like still anticipating for a correction in property price...well, who knows what will happen in the coming days... by the way, does OCBC provides loan service for this property as of now?
