I'm thinking to buy a house..  1st time buying property.. no experience.. hee... My budget is around 250k lor. Any new projects that can recommend to me?

I've gone to Kinrara there for a new project, nearby Giant. It is abt 255-260k, Condo with full facilities. Any comment abt this location? if condo, any thing that I should alert? What should I check before i purchase?

And also, any banks that are offering good package? Any commendation??
