QUOTE(Lizan @ Dec 24 2008, 01:26 PM) use any registry editor [ you can get it from Touch Pro thread 1st page ]in the registry editor go to HKCU > ControlPanel > Phone > ShowSim > change the value to 0 [ default is 1 ] soft reset and you're done ! |

Seems like I have to send in the unit to be repaired. Soft reset doesn't help (well, absolutely won't help since it's a LCD screen related problem).
Called PDA Expert and they advised me to send back the unit to them....there it goes.... |

if you wish to hide away your SIM Contact
2 options 1. DIY using registry editor PHM Registry Editor then follow old news paper given path. 2. Download HT Tweak from 1st page. HD Tweak SIM option then HIDE. Or If you encounter any Duplicated Contact just use DupedeDupe to remove duplicate contacts. DupedeDupe |

QUOTE(tech_searcher @ Dec 24 2008, 01:46 PM) wow thanx old newspaper, i also finding da way to delete it y'day but couldn't find... so i delete it manually.. haiz... if you delete it means it's permanently deleted from your sim.......why not just hide it? the tweak i mentioned earlier is just to hide it not delete...if you really want to delete it, go to Sim manager to do it.....you can select all sim contact and wipe it off one shot rather that manually delete it from the contact... guyz,
short advice: hold ur HD tight every time. I dropped by HD from my sofa to the floor and the vibration function wont work since. So i went to SIS and get one-to-one replacement the day after. Besides the HD drop-to-the-floor issue, my opinion on SIS customer care office: - service : 8/10 - knowledge : 8/10 - office convenience : 4/10 - location: 4/10 all in all, i dont believe such company can have such a bad customer care environment. 1st class technology with 3rd world country environment. hehe. |
