Hey guys.. Just got my HTC at 6.00pm just now from PDA expert.

This is what I got for RM3399:

8) A special deal for car charger (to be pick up later on) This is not free though.. 

So I tried everything and everything works fine.. Has not yet found any single problem yet. Even tried the GPS on the way home to Putrajaya. Wifi is super fast!    and sound quality is so much better than TP... I am so thankful and the waiting for these couple of months paid of.. Seriously paid of... 
Anyway, as I promised earlier in my post, I will update on the deals from several booths around PC fair.

BAD SIDE : I can only have my HD on Monday the latest.. There is no stock. The seller there said to me .. He even want to potong jari if there are booth who sell HD on the spot. He guaranteed me I will not get any. So I left with straight face.

Free gifts : Bluetooth (that's all)
Extra year warranty :  Have to add RM35 to get it.
BAD SIDE : SO LITTLE FREE GIFTS! And no stock! And the guy don't even look at me as a buyer. He thought I cannot afford HD and offered me a cheaper phone.. haha.. Anyway I dun blame him coz my dressing was so simple.. I even quarraled with him about the specs and contains of HD box.

3) PDA Expert (booth 448)

Price RM3399
Free Gifts : As I mentioned earlier above (where i bought my HD)
Extra Year Warranty : Free SIS warranty
BAD SIDE : Someone next to me farted and acted like nothing happened. Others is ok..
GOOD SIDE : The PDA expert team was really convincing, nice and dedicated to me. They are not that cheapskate for free gifts. They don't even try to lie to me or anything whenever I asked about the specs and contains of HD box (I acted like noob).. After a lot of questions.. I then admit that I know so much about HD and HTC other phone where they gave me more informative info and special deals. I recommend this place to you guys.

That's all the booth that I saw selling HTC.. I am going to explore my HD now.. and give more feedback for our own benefit.

well, atleast it's RM199 cheaper.. however, that 8GB mSDHC is included in the package, not given by the shop..

This is my third day with HD. I am so surprised and in awe with its performance and capability. Though It seems lagging a bit but it does not annoy me that much. I also discovered many things including functions and other capabilites that it can do. Many of my friends are all planning to change to HD soon.

One thing though. I installed Divx for mobile and tried to play Heroes season 3 but the performance was not good. The picture clarity was superb however the sounds came out earlier than it should. Hiro Nakamura voice came out first than followed by his lips. Anyone can clarify this?

Just got back from pc fair klcc where i got my new touch hd. i got my deal from Thunder Match Technology sdn bhd. the deal i got was RM3,180, and another RM35 for 1 yr extended warranty (and get the sis privilege card). the package came with the standard stuff ie 2 stylus, 8gb mem card, soft pouch, and Jabra BT2010 bluetooth headset. also received a free screen protector, and extra soft pouch. searched high and low for a package with car charger/car phone holder, but could not find it anywhere. I am looking forward to using the touch hd after 2+ years with my faithful se k800i. was contemplating between touch hd and xperia x1, but the 3.8in screen was too much to resist! haha. i'm now trying to familiarize myself to use 'soft buttons'...so awkward since its my first experience on a touchscreen and a win mo device. tried some free games that came with it, unfortunately some of them could not be played because the lack of physical buttons ie D-pad..i guess have to find suitable games that are playable on the HD then.

If you upgrade from Omnia of course lah looks better. Got to agree the HD form factor is nice but the color is a turn off for me. Pocketnow.com did a comparison between the two. Pay attention to 0.59 in the video link below 

Hey it's a forum and I'm just sharing my point of view. If you're an HD owner and you feel that I'm bashing the HD then I'm sorry. I've gone through the touch dual, two touch diamonds and currently the TP. I desire for the HD and very well can afford it but what's stopping me is the screen. Please refer to the pics below. In the first pic below, the top diamond has that yellowish tint and the icons colors become washed out when viewed from the angle I took the pics whereas the bottom Diamond still had that sharp and crips display of colors. The HD I played with had a display just like the first Diamond. It's not noticeable if the screen is facing you.
