i would have waited for the pc fair
but i not free during the weekend
so decided to buy it 1st
the product arrived at 6pm
i went there around 7.30pm after receiving a call from them that the product has arrived

i jst went to wishma central in ampang.... they sellin 3080rm ap set...but stock finish... sayin tht wait pc fair

i just checked with Pda expert at lowyat, they don't have the stock on hand and asked me to get at pc fair. Anyway when asked what is the selling price during pc fair, they said RM3399, without bluetooth 

RM2000..can nego..still under warranty

for those who got extended warranty is it specify in the warranty card or another letter stating that the device is covered under extended warranty.....

Hello all..
Just got back from pc fair klcc where i got my new touch hd. i got my deal from Thunder Match Technology sdn bhd. the deal i got was RM3,180, and another RM35 for 1 yr extended warranty (and get the sis privilege card). the package came with the standard stuff ie 2 stylus, 8gb mem card, soft pouch, and Jabra BT2010 bluetooth headset. also received a free screen protector, and extra soft pouch. searched high and low for a package with car charger/car phone holder, but could not find it anywhere. I am looking forward to using the touch hd after 2+ years with my faithful se k800i. was contemplating between touch hd and xperia x1, but the 3.8in screen was too much to resist! haha. i'm now trying to familiarize myself to use 'soft buttons'...so awkward since its my first experience on a touchscreen and a win mo device. tried some free games that came with it, unfortunately some of them could not be played because the lack of physical buttons ie D-pad..i guess have to find suitable games that are playable on the HD then.

phone camera still not up to that level yet...even samsung omnia with 5mp + flash ... still not that perfect

After playing with my HTC HD, I have few question hope all the sifus can help me.

1) The Touchflo main screen only have call history and calender. I try to
  add new task but it dont show and when I go back to the 'Setting -> Today -> Item, found that it uncheck back what I check. Is it a bug?

Note: So far HTC HD looks good and fast.

damn.. my TD got snatch by bike snatch thief this evening... was in my car with my windows wind down, cos air con spoilt... on the way to fix actually.. then the damn bike just stop beside me when i stopped for traffic light, snatch my TD from the car holder then sped off... i was like wtf???!!!!

lesson: don't ever wind down your car window...

sob sob... now who wanna sell me a cheap HD?

Hey.. great news.. I tried after almost 2 days.. and now I can connect internet using my office's PC (coz my office dun have wireless) with my HD without using any HSDPA/gprs/edge charges. hehe.. All using the desktop internet.. And its all using bluetooth..

Hi BCWEE01 - Glad that I am not the only one who bought from PDArena!

I bought the same package as you for RM3,399. On the 2nd day of PC Fair KLCC. I am not as lucky as the other taiko here who got it cheaper. When I was there most shops I ask already sold out their stock.

I think we have to send the white color REPLY CARD in order to register for the warranty. there are 2 boxes to stick the black IMEI stickers on the card and mail to SIS (to register for 1st year warranty).  This is so troublesome and as you know I dont trust POS Malaysia.
