This ROM is asia ROM or where de? I cannot download with my HD cause its not Shipped from Asia its SHipped from MEA... anyone in Malaysia that downloads the ROM plz donwload it then PM me and send me via MSN or email ... plz

The HD Tweak is a software? where can i donwload it?

Don't be too hype about the rilphone.dll version. If you flashed a new Radio and it worked, it works.
Dutty V3 does NOT come with Radio. It's pure OS ROM. That's the reason Dutty wanted you to flash the UK 1.56 stock ROM first - so you have the new Radio and new SPL, because its OS only compatible with new SPL.

So if you used HSPL 1.56 and flash Dutty V3, your current radio will NOT be overwritten. But since you have 1.13, so it's OK.

Since you're getting stock ROM, try download directly from www.htc.com, key in your phone serial number, it will check if the ROM you (are going to) download is for your phone or not.

to all sifu, i hv a problem when using bluetooth to received a photo fr my friend (nokia)..it always disconnect (bluetooth) when transfer a file, sometimes need to connect few times then can get it... is it a bug?? any hotfix to fix this problem?? (i'm using official rom).... tq

1. I'm really frustrated with using the trial version MS outlook, i really don't know how to sync the contacts from my SE hp to my HD. 1st, i sync my contacts from my hp into my pc before i install the trial version, it was sync-ed into my xp address book, i can view all the contacts using outlook EXPRESS. But then, i couldn't find a way to transfer all the contacts one go with the .wab file, but i can do it by copying 1 by 1 of the contact vcards(i can't do it this way cuz i got 300+ contacts).

Then i go install the trial version of the MS outlook provided in the package. I need to sync again from my SE to the 'OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK', different from the xp address book i sync-ed into... Why do we need 2 address books???

And finally, i 'can' sync my contacts into my HD, then the active sync tells me there's a problem... (select the wrong profile or something like that, i really don't understand)

I've used about 3hr+ in this simple task, maybe if i retype 1 by 1 of my contacts can be faster...
i think maybe i missed out in something really simple, pls do point me in the right direction


2. Is there any way that we can change the way the HD show the names of our contacts? For instance, Mohd Ali, they put, Ali,Mohd , then Lengzai Gogo, they put Gogo, Legzai

i wan them to be the way i put them, not western style 1st or surname thingy, zzz

Is there any way to disable 3G/HSDPA from connecting unless intended to?
Each time when I'm surfing via WiFi and the connection of WiFi suddenly disconnected, the unit will automatically connects via 3G/HSDPA connection.
Any program to disable it unless called upon?

it basically means NO GPRS, does not allow data connection.

nbee, if you're using dutty, while looking at your contacts, click menu, see if there's any options to change. some can change some cannot;. i dunno the registry key for this so if the option is not there cant help u

What about the time when I want to use GPRS/3G? Is it possible to re-enable?

Is your contacts listed correctly, First name then Last Name, at your PC Outlook? If not at Outlook>Contact>Tools>Options>Contact Options - Change how you wish to display the names.

Try by uninstalling Active Sync at PC and reinstall. This has helped me before.

There is a way... you can set your connection type... correct me if i'm wrong

START>Settings>Connetions>Advanced

Then Click on Select Network...

You'll see the settings, one is Program that automatically connect to the Internet should connect using : Choose anything besides the 3g settings, mine i change it to My ISP name, whereby the setting for My ISP Name this is empty...

I've tried it on E71 and I won't advise it unless you have professional to put it for you.
My E71 looks ugly as well.

congrats to those who have flashed to Dutty 3.0... now it's my turn.. i tried to open xda forum but fail.. i got msg "500 - Internal Server Error" .. maybe it has been blocked because i'm on office network (can anybody confirm?) ..

the question is do i need to install Microsoft DotNet Framework 3.5 on my XP pc or the DotNet Compact Framework 3.5 for me to do the HSPL and everything?
