anyone tried the new N-gage for N97? able to install?

I'm utterly pissed right now.

My phone ran out of battery just now. I charged it and turned it on, and it asked me to "use my keyguard switch to unlock the screen". But the damn switch is not working! I can't even do anything now!

Anyone had this problem? I spent over RM2.2k and I can't even use it after 1 day! What the hell! I'm bloody furious now!

Alamak u need to Nokia Care and throw the fone and ask for replacement?????????????????????????

oh my this is bad.... no other way to unlock the screen then?

Apparently a lot of people on the net is suffering from the same issue.

I finally solved it though.

TIPS:

1) NEVER LET YOUR PHONE RUN OUT OF BATTERY

2) EVEN IF IT DOES, NEVER EVER USE THE USB CABLE TO CHARGE IT WHEN IT'S EMPTY, AND DON'T USE CAR CHARGER AS WELL

3) DON'T DOWNLOAD MAIL FOR EXCHANGE

I think that's the problem, it may be a firmware issue. But it sure did give me a bloody scare.

add me to the white team! got mine last sunday after calling all nokia stores and found one white in stock at jusco wangsa maju.. (is it?) upgrading from N95.. whoa I love N95 so much until it's only being held together by some cellophane tapes.. and did wanna get new one coz no phone is as good yet till when found out that N97 is coming out, it's time to change! yeaahh!

Installing garming as am typing this.

I just noticed today that the video editing wasn't as comprehensive as N95.. or have I looked at the wrong place..

The phone died on me once, left it on silent mode before going to sleep with considerable amount of battery left and won't switch on in the morning. almost sakit jantung already but came alive when connected to the power point pheww.

yesterday wanna buy white unit for my other half, but unlucky me the unit touchscreen didn't functioning so have to wait for another white and..... thanks god the touchscreen died while the seller testing it not after i bought it

previously I'm using N95, too.

How's the camera for this phone? Does it have anti shake? And,the wifi/internet speed,is it fast? RM2200++ ...worth the price ?
