Went in to my unit today 1153sqft type. Already have water supply, the water pressure is so strong which is a good thing. But have no idea about the electricity yet. Anybody started renovation already?

oh ? i am prop agent, now doing the koi kinrara new phase block c and d.. just 2 days ago, 1 unit block C 11th floor pool view 1063sqf sold at 410k
 Now on hand I hav few pool view unit 1063sqf / 1072sqf at 420k,425k, 430kHm...compare to few agent b4 buy,then u can know the exact unit available |

I just found 3 contractors and the pricing are competitive...I think is the current market trend.... |
