Just visited koi kinrara today. Manage to enter to my unit.

Kitchen cabinet quality not so bad. Cames with L shape design grey color, hub and hoob electrolux brand, single sink amd tab. The fridge cabinet look ugly. I plan to remove it and replace with tall cabinet so i can install my oven & microwave.

Suis all good material. Modern suis.

For toilet, shower screen, shower rain, sink not so bad. Very nice.

Overall

Hopefully bank will disburse final 5% asap to deleloper. I really cant wait to collect key.

Anyone here loan with Hong Leong Bank? They damn slow to disburse money to developer. Did call bank several time but still din disburse.

Anyone here ask developer abt renovation? When we can start do plaster ceiling and etc? Understand that we need to pay reno deposit. How much ya?
