anyone else receive letter from masteron asking to pay assesment, quit rent, water n electric deposit n etc?

if u've paid deposit during booking, call ur SA to offset the charges from the deposit...

anyone received keys yet?

our s&p stamping date is april 2010 and our SA told us they will pay back for the LAD but not sure in cash or offset from the monthly maintenance fees...

u can only get the keys after the building gets the CF from the authorities, then bank release the last 5% payment to developer...

keep delaying? when was ur stamping date?

so that means CF received, developer is in the process of getting the final 5% payment from bank... once received the payment, we can get out keys... cool... thanks for the updates people...

bank will take around 2 weeks to release the money... that is what our bank told us.. rhb bank...

reno need to pay rm1k deposit b4 can do reno if not mistaken...

i think only 1221 has big tiles... the rest is smaller...

My wife n I did ask our sa, juliana about d tiles b4 we place our deposit n she did inform us that the unit will come with smaller tiles...

i think u can call d branch where ur loan account originates and ask them... my wife call the rhb branch where we apply our loan and was told it will take up to 2 weeks from 8th july...

our rhb loan has been released to dev...

Developer say belum clear... have to call back this afternoon or tomorrow morning...
