grille there's 3 pricing so far... 1.5k from local guy, 2.5k from esther (so-called appointed agent) and around 2k-3k from three kim metal works (depends on what package u want)

I also had the same concerns as you since my block D also facing the same while the factory just right below the unit. But i did the survey based on the lodged complaints by Block A and seems all the efforts went futile. I guess we need to get more people to lodge the report the MPSJ and DAP / MCA representative for Puchong to help us out on this matter. They operate everyday from 8am-8pm except Deepavali/ Thaipusam. You will heard a loud sound when open the window. We need all Koi owners step out together to raise the issue to authority.

I think previously Block A owner saw some mpsj car went over to the factory but after no news from them.. the factory owner must have 'kao tim' with them.. today when I talk about this factory at the maintenance office heard from them that the factory boss is some kind of a gangster so its not easy to halau them away.. sigh wish I could have choosen the pool view unit..

I was wondering you all just buy a property without a site survey?? now after collect key want to halau ppl?? now who looks like a gangster?
 the factory is operating far more earlier even before ph1..(i'm not the owner or staff for the factory).this issue had been discuss few years ago and not even YB Teresa Kok can give a solution..for those who really want to complaint to mpsj, good luck to you. |

The factory initial is illegal just after complaint from KOI resident the operator went to MPSJ apply temp license and MPSJ grand them 2 years permit which will end this year. pressure must kept on to MPSJ not to renew the permit.
