This is the true of the property market nowadays, all the owner never care about the bank value. They only care how much of profit they want to make.

But there is a success transaction which over 420k, maybe the value should be around this nowadays.

I just got mine. 4 banks approved the value of 430k so far. pbb, rhb, ocbc and maybank.. not too sure which valuer though. Now trying to get a better rate.. Now too sure what is the current rate going on in the market. BLR -2.3% for borrowing 387k?

Ocbc BLR - 2.35% 3 yrs lock in
CIMB BLR - 2% OR CIMB BLR - 2.4% and 0 yr lock in

So far the best is cimb blr - 2.4% 0 yrs lock in... Mrta is optional... Sound great?!

I see good buy I hope.. Myself and wifu too picky.. only want the one facing swimming pool cause afraid the factory side will be too noisy. Adding on the house is with a very ong number. brows.gif hence.. owner satu cent also dorwan to discount. cry.gif btw.. rm400k and rm410k all sold out chor when I meet the agent.. the units left with him for 1063 is only mine and the one on the 21st floor. RM390k is really a good buy imo. The place is quite nice for the price we are paying.

you want the agent which does the loan to all 9 banks? I pass my case to her as recommended by the agent.. Do let me know if you want her contact..
