You are not alone. Me too and other forummeres. Even before I got capped, it happened to me too. Before I went for my holidays last month, it didn't happen. Not sure what has occurred recently that causes this blank page issue...

Just called Celcom Careline and fired them nicely. I told them I must get back the reply as soon as possible and he promised by Monday. Else, I'll report this case to SKMM. I even told them SKMM is very efficient when it comes to cases like this as I complained to SKMM before. He just kept quiet.

Yes it is their bad for not explaining on the Fair Usage Policy but they did not use the term unlimited wrongly as well. If Celcom themselves makes it difficult to find the Fair Usage Policy, would you think that the agents/resellers would make the effort to explain it to their potential customers?

I guess not. Profit is more important to them

Moreover, I'm sure that most agents/resellers aren't aware of the Fair Usage Policy as well if all they have been doing is just selling the service without any experience of using it.

now i can download from rapidshare, speed ~20kb(with premium acc)...

Well that's true...about the Fair Usage Policy thing...Celcom wants the profit and about the promoters not using it for themselves...

Using RS with celcombb, sometime can download, sometime u cant

Really they don't understand the needs of their customer. The broadband can't be share with others, even though u want. If I have a HSDPA wireless router and share the connection with few people and within very short time the quota is full.

Which is why I said before that it is probably catered for those who are on-the-move instead of home users who will be using it as their main connection.

mobile bb is for ppl on the move which is better to hunt for free wifi

If really always on-the-move and have to rely on the Internet for important issues then really cannot be relying on free WiFi services anymore. At least with mobile broadband such as Celcom Broadband, even if there is no 3G coverage at least there is still GPRS to get you online.

If everywhere we go got free wifi, then no need to use celcombb anymore

It is still possible if WiMax keeps on expanding.

Dunno when will WiMax expand to Sabah

It shouldn't take too long since usually once they are done with peninsular Malaysia they will expand it to Sabah and Sarawak.
