i just wan some advise from u guy how to decrease body fat %.
i have ask some body builder and they say tat cannot do too much cardio cz this will decrease also the muscle mass
so confuse
but my body fat 20% la
very high la
please advise..... notworthy.gif

yeah i agree with what the bodybuilder said. you have to do weights in order to lower your BF and it all depends on your workout schedule plus DIETS hehe!

How about do cardio and weight training, and take WHEY?

I do a lot of cardio recently, found out that my mass is decreasing with more define body(lower bodyfat i guess) I am not taking any supplement.

I was once 70kg with body fat 22.9% using fitness first measurement and i manage to maintain my weight with my body fat % reduced to 15.9%.
i never take any suplement or body fat pill or any other artificial stuff, but just normal daily food but slightly less fried stuff and less rice, and the main thing is take early dinner and no supper. sleep early.

i think that weight is fine for that height.
but there are fat weight and muscle weight (if im not wrong)
my opinion is you need to do more cardio for now
when you get your bf low, start building your muscle on

cardio and diet is important to reduce bf. never once eat during supper and no teh tarik or any other drinks with condense milk. biggrin.gif
